The back end of Positive Live runs on secured and reliable Australian based servers. All transactions are passed directly to the servers which are hosted in some of the most secure data centres available in Australia. This means that all information such as sales, gross profits and inventory levels are instantly available via a secure company website, 24/7.

All data on the Positive Live Servers is checked for integrity on a continuous basis.
In the rare case of internet problems in one of your shops, Positive Live will continue to work locally, and all data will be synchronised once the internet connection is restored.
As opposed to offline systems, there is no need to recapture information at Head Office or Store level in Positive Live. For example, once stock has been invoiced from Head Office to a Branch, that document only needs to be recalled at the Branch when the stock arrives. The user can then confirm the quantities received instead of capturing the invoice from scratch.
