- All versions of POSitive Software are sold on a single workstation license basis. This means that if you require POSitive to run on 2 separate PC's, you would need to purchase 2 licenses. There is however a 10% discount on additional licenses purchased for the same store / site.
- Once we have received your payment, we will send you a CD via standard postal services. We will also provide you with a download link so that you can start using the software immediately. Once the software is installed, you will need to provide us (via email or telephone) with the Generated ID from the software as well as the company name that you would like us to register the software to. You will then receive an Unlock Code which will allow your copy of POSitive to run with no restrictions.
- When purchasing a copy of POSitive Software, you will receive one-months free telephone, email and online support. Thereafter, there is an optional annual telephone, email and online support contract available.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a POSitive Software product, we will provide you with a "no questions asked" refund to the value of your purchase price. This refund is only applicable for a 30 day period from purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds. To request a refund, please contact us via email at sales@thinkpos.com.au. Please note that we do not process refunds for servicing, support contracts and customised development.
All transactions with Regality Software, fall within the terms set out in our EULA (End-User License Agreement.)
